makers meditation | the merriweather council blog

I cannot believe it is NOVEMBER!! This is the start of the most magical, wonderful, stressful, insane time of year!

If you are a maker in business – which you probably are – then you will be busy for the rest of the year (especially if you took my Etsy Training Course *wink*). If not with business, then with regular life… but probably with business since it’s the biggest retail season of the year.

So you will need to take hot cocoa breaks and chill out for a minute … or 3… and 57 seconds.

Which is my I am delivering unto you the FREE Maker’s Meditation! Am I serious?! Yes. This is sort of a joke – but also it’s actually really relaxing.

Let me explain what the Maker’s Meditation is…

3 minutes and 57 seconds of calm, chill-spoken reassurances and affirmations, laid over relaxing piano music to help you achieve a more zenned out state of mind this holiday season! Listen to it whilst packing orders, not sleeping or stuffing your face full of cookies.

Want to hear it? Listen on the podcast.

This is a for profit blog and includes a few affiliate links. This means that if you purchase something through one of these links, I may receive a small commission. I only bother suggesting products or services that I have used and loved because if you buy something on my suggestion and hate it that would suck. So I only suggest things i’m 99% sure you’ll love as much as I do.
